- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days of the Pro plan with up to 5 sites. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends you choose a plan; nothing is charged automatically.
- How am I billed?
- Monthly plans renew every month, yearly plans every 12 months, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which also issues your invoice and handles any sales tax or VAT.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Settings → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If RankSlide isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See the refund policy.
- What currency are prices in?
- US dollars. Lemon Squeezy shows the equivalent in your local currency at checkout.
- What counts as a site?
- One Search Console property, for example sc-domain:example.com or https://example.com/.
